The Dongguan Taiwan Business Building (now known as the Global Economic and Trade Center) is located at No. 11 Dongguan Avenue, Dongcheng Street, above the Hongfu Road Station of Metro Line 2. It is a landmark super high-rise skyscraper in Dongguan.

The building was funded by Taiwanese businessmen in Dongguan and was completed in 2013. It has 68 floors above ground and 4 floors underground, with a total height of 289 meters and a construction area of approximately 280000 square meters. It is a composite business complex that integrates Grade A office buildings, SOHO apartments, high-end commercial facilities, and supporting clubs.

The building adopts a modern glass curtain wall design, with a tall and dazzling shape, and is a representative building for Taiwanese investment in mainland China, symbolizing the economic and trade cooperation and cultural integration between Dongguan and Taiwan.
